A very hands-on activity spread over three days, in which participants build simple contraptions using fundamental physics principles to solve problems and complete tasks. Each day's performance is scored by a panel of judges, giving a cumulative score at the end of the three days. The judges also award points for explaining how physics principles were applied, not just for handiwork and teamwork.

The format of each category's rounds is given to registered teams by its category team before the Olympiad, in the WhatsApp group.
