Three Ways In

Come as a school, as a team you have put together yourselves, or on your own. A team is four to seven students, however it is made.

School Team

Your school nominates its strongest students, and the principal signs the participation agreement. The team lead is the Council's contact from then on.

A school can enter more than one team. Register each one separately.

PKR 2,500 per student

Independent Team

Put a team together yourselves: classmates, or friends from different schools. You need everyone's details, and a team lead the Council can reach.

PKR 2,500 per student

On Your Own

Register alone and the Council places you in a team with other students who did the same. If there is somebody you would like to be teamed with, say so on the form.

PKR 2,500

Eleven Categories

Each team picks two to eleven categories when it registers, and every category runs three rounds.

Before You Register

Have these to hand before you start. Your progress is kept on the device you fill the form in on, so you can stop and come back to it.

For every student

  • Their full name and their grade.
  • A mobile number and an email address that they check.
  • Later, once the place is confirmed: their CNIC or B-form number and a clear photo of their face. The confirmation email has a link to add them. A phone photo against a plain wall is fine.

For the registration

  • The name and branch of the school or college.
  • The two to eleven categories you want to enter.
  • A screenshot of the fee transfer. The bank details are on the form.
  • For a school team, the school agreement, signed by the principal.
Read the Olympiad rules Everyone on a registration agrees to them: conduct, fair play in the rounds, safety, and what can cost a whole team its place.

Questions

Who can enter?

Students in O Levels, A Levels, Matric, FSc and other systems, from any school or college. On the form each student picks their system and then their year; if your school follows something else, choose Other and type your grade.

Can I enter without a team?

Yes. Register on your own and the Council places you in a team with other students who registered alone. If you know somebody else registering on their own, name them on the form and the Council will try to put you together.

How many teams can one school send?

More than one. Register each team separately, with its own team name and its own set of details.

Why do you need a CNIC or B-form number and a photo?

To check that everybody competing is who the registration says, and is in a grade the Olympiad is open to. They are added after your place is confirmed, through the link in the confirmation email. CNIC and B-form numbers and photos are seen only by the Council and are never published, and the numbers are deleted after the Olympiad.

When will I know my place is confirmed?

Once the Council has matched your payment to your registration, everyone on it gets an email. Keep an eye on the inbox you registered with, and on the spam folder in case it lands there.
